- NAVSEA Indian Head has a requirement to extend the Original Equipment Manufacturer Field Service Representatives (OEMFSRs) currently providing UTS field support by six months. The proposed contract action is a modification to contract N00174-09-C-0004, awarded to AAI Corporation. This modification will only be negotiated with AAI Corporation located at P.O.
