- RECOVERY: This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The General Services Administration (Mid-Atlantic Region) plans to utilize existing Single Award BPA Construction Management Oversight and Support Services National contract GS-23F-0111K to procure Project Cost Analysis to Support the Thurgood Marshall Courthouse Modernization, Manhattan, New York for the subject American Reinvestment and Recovery Act project for GSA Region 2. This opportunity is only available to the current contract holder. This notice is not a solicitation for offers. The Request for Proposal (RFP) package will be sent to the designated BPA contractor. This acquisition falls under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541990 and Product Service Code R499.
