- The Bureau of Land Management, Arizona State Office, is soliciting quotes for janitorial services for five (5) recreational sites located in Imperial County, California and in Yuma County, Arizona. Contractors may provide certification and representation information (available on-line at: https://orca.bpn.gov), and shall be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR-www.ccr.gov) prior to award. This requirement is a small business set-aside for janitorial and custodial services. The small business determination is based on the NACIS Code: 561720. A firm, fixed price award is anticipated with two optional years (subject to the availability of funds). Service Contract Act wage determinations apply to any award issued from this solicitation.
