- Solicitation for NSN 1560-01-396-7317 / PR 0028081478. Eaton part number: 36701-1, Manifold, Fluid, Aircraft. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. This is a critical safety item. There are a first article test and production lot testing requirements. The only approved source for this item is Eaton Corporation (CAGE: 99643). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract for 55 each. The required delivery schedule is 201 days ARO, FOB origin, inspection and acceptance at origin. ABVS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS homepage, select "Requests for Proposal (RFP)" under the Solicitations heading.
