Inspection and Acceptance Origin/FOB Origin; other than full and open competition, DSCR currently does not have an approved technical data package available for this National Stock Number. It is anticipated that the award will be made against the current BOA. The delivery is 132 days after receipt of order. Configuration control applies. This is not a Flight Safety Critical Item. Solicitation will be issued Nov 9, 2010, for a quantity of 40 each and close on December 9, 2010; the solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM internet bid board system (DIBBS) https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
