- This requirement is open for Blank Purchase Agreement (BPA) holders on the metropolitan area. The U.S. Army Reserve Contracting Center, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico has a REQUEST FOR QUOTE No. W912C3-11-Q-K001 for Lodging and Related Services for the Yellow Ribbon Event. The date of the event is 28-31 Oct 2010. LODGING EVENT LOCATION is PUERTO RICO METRO AREA. Contractor is to provide: Approximate Lodging is 215 rooms per night, one (1) Banquet/Conference Room to accommodate 580 people, One (1) Conference Rooms to accommodate approximate 165 people each, Three (3) Conference Rooms to accommodate approximate 25 people each Meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Break Refreshments) for 580 people. The due date to submit your quote is Oct 26, 2010; 1:00 PM. The North American Industry Classification System (NAIC) code is 721110. The size standard is $7 million.
