- NSN: 6340-01-352-0080, Control Alarm. "Source Control Item," Approved source(s): HAMILTON SUNDSTRAND CORPORATION (0CAM5) P/N 11123-3. Origin inspection required. FOB Destination. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Required delivery is 253 days. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 132 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 33 each (applicable to the Base Year only). These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is 11/17/2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
