- SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic intends to issue a commercial sole sourceaward to Kongsberg Underwater Technology, Inc 19210 33rd Ave. W, Suite A,Lynnwood, WA 98036. This procurement is for the purchase of a HiPAP 500Ultra-Short Baseline (USBL) Acoustic Processing System (APS). See Attachment1 for detailed requirement. A firm fixed-priced commercial contract is anticipated in accordance with FARPart 12. The NAICS Code is 334511 with a size standard of 750 employees. This is a notice of intent and is NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVEPROPOSALS.
