- Description
- The United States Government and USDA Forest Service seek to lease approximately 6,022 rentable square feet (rsf) in Evanston, Wyoming, to include 3,547 square feet of contiguous office space, yielding between 2,431 and 2552 square feet of ANSI/BOMA office space, and 2,475 rsf of warehouse space. The Government also requires 11,400 sf of secure wareyard space and 38 parking spaces for visitors, employees and Government-owned vehicles. The estimated site requirement is 1.00 acre and must be located within the following delineated area: North Boundary- 1 mile north of Evanston City limit South Boundary- 2 miles south of Evanston City limit East Boundary- 1 mile east of Evanston City limit West Boundary- 1 mile west of Evanston City limit Additional special requirements are needed and will be addressed during the on-site survey and in the subsequent Solicitation for Offers (SFO). Space must meet National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) requirements and Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS) design requirements developed under the Architectural Barriers Act (ABA). All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Proposed lease is for 15 years, 10 years firm. Space must be available for occupancy no later than June 30, 2011, although sooner would be preferable.
