- NAICS Code: 332439 NAICS Code: 332439 The United States Environmental Protection Agency's Criminal Investigations Division, located in Brunswick, Georgia, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Concept Development Corporation, under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The required items are forty five (45) clearing barrels. In accordance with FAR 8.405-1, a Request for Quote was submitted to five vendors located on the GSA e-library. No other vendors responded. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE IS AVAILABLE. Notwithstanding, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting this requirement may submit a response, which if received within fifteen (15) calendar days of the closing date of this announcement, will be considered. Responses to this announcement must be in writing to the contract specialist at wright.dionne@epa.gov.
