- NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION (NOPCA). The Cryptologic Systems Division Contracting Office intends to award on a sole source basis a 5-year Fixed Price Requirements contract for the repair of Long Range Thermal Imager (LRTI) with PTH, LRTI DCU Power Box, and Joystick Controller to the OEM, AXSYS Technologies IR Systems, Inc., 24 Simon St., Nashua NH 03060-3025. This proposed repair acquisition will include the following: Annual Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) 30 each, LRTI with PTH, NSN: 6350ND023377J/6350ND024150J, P/N: 22951; Annual Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) 35 each, LRTI with PTH, NSN: 6350ND024152J/5855ND023604J, P/N: 23164-301; Annual Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) 20 each, LRTI DCU Power Box, NSN: 5995ND022904J/5995ND024923J, P/N: 31211(LC); Annual Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) 5 each, Joystick Controller, NSN: 5999ND024922J/5999ND022836J, P/N: 31230. RequiredDelivery: 30 days after receipt of asset. The proposed contract action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one (1) responsible source. The Government intends to make an award by Dec. 2010. No technical data/drawings/Technical Orders are available. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify their interest and capability to the Contract Specialist within fourteen (14) days of this publication. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are a large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a) or women owned business and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned. See Note 22.
