- Description
- The U.S. Probation Office for the Northern District of New York intends to procure services relating to outpatient substance abuse, mental health, and sex offender treatment for Federal defendants and offenders through the use of Blanket Purchase Agreements. The Probation Office is currently seeking one or two qualified vendors to provide each of the above services in Clinton County, New York. Interested vendors must respond on time and clearly show that (1) they can provide services, (2) such services will be provided by certified, licensed professional with experience in such treatment, and (3) prices of such treatment shall be as low as or lower than those charged the vendors most favored customers for comparable quantities under similar terms and conditions. The contract will begin approximately February 1, 2011, will continue through September 30, 2011, and could be extended by the Government for two, one year option cycles, without an additional bidding provess, which could effectively continue the contract through September 2013.
