- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Provide lodging, meeting rooms, and meals to support a Yellow Ribbon Event in Hot Springs, Arkansas on the weekend of November 13-14. See the attached statement of work to get a description of the Government's requirements. Proposals for this event are due in the USP&FO for Arkansas Purchasing and Contracting Office no later than 12:00 Noon on Monday November 1, 2010. Any proposals submitted after this time will be considered as non responsive and will not be considered for award.
