- NSN 2510-01-524-9257- Grille, Radiator, Veh-being bought in accordance with Source Controlled drawing 19207 12423383, Cage (0FW39) BAE Systems Tactical Vehicle Part number 12423383-001 or TVS23383. Based on market research this item is manufactured for military use only and is not commercial; therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The requirement quantity is 1500 each to be shipped to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. FOB Destination and inspection at destination is required. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 10/26/2010. Hard copies of this solicitation will not be available. There are technical drawings on this item which will be available through dibbs or c-folders. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance delivery. The required delivery is 114 days. This procurement will contain a 100% option. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in English language and US Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. (X ) The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 10/26/2010 (X ) The Small Business size standard is 1000 employees (X ) Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. (X ) Proposed procurement contains a 100 % option for increased quantities. (X ) This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: (0FW39) BAE Systems Tactical Vehicle Part number 12423383-001 or TVS23383. (X ) While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
