- Drawing for alternate forced main path. This is the final Q & A doc. The attached amendment incorporates the current wage determinations. I will also be attaching a new drawing to be used for the alternate forced main path. The final Q & A will also be attached. The proposal due date is not extended. All contractors are required to sign and return all amendments along with the hold harmless which was posted. All Contractors are also required to submit the Past Performance Questionairres. If contractors fail to submit the required PPQs, hold harmless and fail to verify receipt of amendments by signing and returning them, the contractor will be determined unresponsive.
