- Project Description North Pine Creek Road Reconstruction - FS Road #39 Due to anticipated snow conditions at the time of issue for this project, this fall will be the only time that prospective offerors will have the opportunity to see the proposed project site. There will be no scheduled showing trips nor will Forest Service employees accompany prospective offerors to the project site. Offerors are reminded that it is their responsibility to determine for themselves the actual site conditions. Only by physical inspection on the ground can offerors assure themselves of the existing conditions. If you have any questions please feel free to contact project COR Randy Strohm, (541)523-1212. The solicitation for this project will change when we solict in early spring of 2011. The estimated cost for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
