- STAGE II SHORTLISTED A-E FIRMS GS-09P-10-KT-C-0060 Design Excellence in Public Architecture of the Edward J. Schwartz Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse Modernization Project in San Diego, CA The following Design Firms/Lead Designers have been invited to continue on to Stage II of the AE Design Excellence selection process for this procurement. They are listed below in alphabetical order: 1) Behnisch Architekten 2) BNIM + Gensler 3) Leers Weinzapfel Associates 4) Pugh + Scarpa Architects 5) Teng & Associates, Inc. The short listed Design/Lead Designers will participate in a networking session for AE's consultants scheduled for November 18, 2010 at the Edward J. Schwartz Federal Building located on 880 Front Street in San Diego, California to be held in the Jury Assembly Room from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. This networking session is intended to assist the short-listed firms meet the established minimum goals for subcontracting with Small Businesses including Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Women-Owned Small businesses, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses, and Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Therefore, all small businesses are encouraged to attend this networking session to meet and interact face to face with the five shortlisted firms. If you submitted a response to this solicitation and are not on the Shortlist, the GSA would like to thank you for your interest in this project and we encourage you to submit responses to future solicitations.
