- Question: Question: Are you able to share the last couple of quarterly reports from the present vendor or just tell us how many people participated so we can get an idea of participation. ANSWER:the following to the number of active duty tobacco users at Langley. This number is 1,518 from a total 7,774.This data reflect the Air Force population. I notice vendors keeps using the phrase "eligible soldiers", I do not have any data on Soldiers. I want to make sure this vendor understands that this is strictly for the Langley Health & Wellness Center.
