- This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center, Ft. Knox, intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for lodging and conference support for the US Army Oklahoma City Recruiting Battalion Annual Training Conference to be held in Norman, Oklahoma. Paper copies of the RFQ will not be available. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above. A firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded with delivery as indicated above. Anticipated award date will be NLT 11/2/2010. All responsible businesses may submit an offer which shall be considered. No award will be issued to a prospective vendor that has not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (www.ccr.gov). Prior to registering in CCR, you must obtain a DUN and Bradstreet number at 1-800-333-0505. The full solicitation will be posted by 21 October 2010.
