- Synopsis: The VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System, Biloxi, MS, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Cable One for cable services. NAICS Code 515210 applies and the size standard is $15M. The Period of Performance will be for a base of one year estimated from the date of contract award. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or a request for offerors. No solicitation package is available at this time. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice (VA-256-11-RP-0002) must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. (CST) on Oct. 25, 2010. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
