- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as suplemented with additional information included with or attached to this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses. Only offers received from certified small businesses will be considered for award. The services will be solicited and awarded as a Performance Based “ Commercial Service in accordance with procedures prescribed in FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code 423130 “ Tire and Tube Merchant Wholesalers size standard of 100 employees applies. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated. The government reserves the right to makeone, multiple or no awards resulting from this solicitation. Notes: 1. Estimated period of performance is 15 November 2010 through 14 November 2013 2. Quantities for the base year and each option year is minimum of 25 and a maximum of 800. 3. Pick-up and Ship to address: Marine Corps Logistics Command, Albany, GA, Maintenance Center Albany (MCA), Warehouse 1331, Door 10, Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM excluding Federal Holidays.
