- Senior Infrastructure and Shelter Advisor 1) Lead and manage the implementation of the Haiti Infrastructure and Shelter Office including supervising the work of staff and implementing partners, monitoring implementation progress and budgets, performing site visits, addressing issues/problems as they arise, and providing feedback and progress reports to senior USG staff. 2) Provide advice to the GOH and partners on sector reform, including how best to engage with the private sector and work at the community level so as to obtain buy-in and participation. 3) Provide advice to the GOH on the needed reforms in these sectors and how they might go about obtaining the needed support to accomplish them. 4) Assist in development of any regulatory institutions that are needed in these areas and provide guidance reforms on how they might best be able to carry out their mandate. 5) Be the main interlocutor with key GOH personnel, donors, private sector representatives, and other USG agencies on shelter and infrastructure issues. 6) Oversee the monitoring, reporting, and evaluation of the programs in these sectors
