- Solicitation for NSN 5345-00-250-1345 This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for a possible Standing Quote Agreement (SQA) for Contact Dresser Points. Please see the RFQ for the complete requirements. Offerors must meet the conditions, specifications and requirements in the RFQ. Please read the attached RFQ thoroughly, and complete it in its entirety before submitting it back via e-mail to joshua.walker@gsa.gov before the stated closing dated and time.
