- Response to questions from Draft RFP. The purpose of amendment is to extend submission date for additional questions resulting from the Fighter OTES Pre-Proposal Briefing. Previous submission date was 22 Oct 10 noon MST, new submission date is 27 Oct 10, no later than 1500 (3:00pm) MST. Additionally, Fighter OTES draft RFP questions and answers are attached to this announcement.
