Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under Solicitation No. VA-786-11-RP-0004 for the following service: The contractor shall be required to perform Off-site Granite Niche Inscriptions for Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham Maryland from date of award thru September 30, 2011 with four option years if exercised. Potential offerors will submit, at contractor expense, one inscription granite niche cover as a sample representative of the work to be done, the sample should be in accordance with the specifications listed in the solicitation. This sample should be received and approved prior to the closing date of the solicitation. The contractor shall be responsible for all work at the cemetery: Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following order: 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical Qualifications, and 3) Price. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business (SB). The NAICS Code is 327991. Size standard is 500 employees. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.fbo.gov on or about October 25, 2010. Responses to the solicitation are due on or about 2:00 P.M. on November 10, 2010. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at www.fbo.gov. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining any amendments. ****NOTE - All potential offerors who have submitted and received approval notification for a sample of same type within the last 12 months may submit a copy of that approved review with the bid to avoid submitting another sample.*****
