- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is FM481402600026. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. The 6th Contracting Squadron, MacDill AFB, Florida, requires: Contractor to provide all labor, tools, and materials necessary to perform the following: DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: CLIN 0001: RESPIRATORY FIT TESTER TSI Portacount Plus Respirator Fit Test Model 8030 or equal Qty 4 x __________ Unit Price = _____________Extended Total The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-45 effective 1 October 2010 (2005-45 effective 1 October 2010) DFAR DCN 20100802 and AFFAR AFAC 2010-1001. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 334516, with a small business size standard of 500emp. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded. All interested parties must bid on all items. BASIS FOR AWARD: Award will be made to the lowest price offeror that is determined to be technically acceptable.
