Description

FA7014-11-R-0001 -- Performance Plan FA7014-11-R-0001 -- Room Breakout Chart FA7014-11-R-0001 -- Performance Work Statement FA7014-11-R-0001 (Solicitation) The Air Force Nursing Executive Leadership Symposium (ELS), requests support in the preparation and coordination of the 2011 Annual Symposium. The symposium will consist of addressing both military and civilian nursing and executive leadership topics. Air Force Medical Support Agency (AFMSA) expects the successful offerer to perform all functions associated with conference planning, to include, contracting, conference registration, and additional items as further detailed below. The Air Force Nursing Executive Leadership Symposium is held annually in Dallas, Texas. The AF requires conference rooms, guest rooms, banquet facilities, and audio/visual services for attendees of the ELS symposium scheduled each year. This support contract will include all necessary conference audiovisual equipment, software, commercial telephone, and technical support personnel required to meet needs of all plenary and breakout sessions as directed under the tasks of this Performance Work Statement (PWS) by the government. Contractor shall provide on-site audiovisual support and on-site coordination/support of speakers at the symposium.
