- This modification is to change the POC from Jamie Phillips, Contract specialist to William Allen, contract specialist. Everything else remains the same. ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO: William Allen, Contract Specialist, email: william.c.allen4@us.army.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted. PRON: AX0F0832AX, NOUN: Connector Assembly, NSN: 5935-01-565-5465; P/N: 46-0927-3; UH-60; Quantity: 85 each minimum/485 maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to UH-60 with deliveries to Stockton, CA. Required delivery is 85 each 175 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and up to 100 each year until contract completion. This requirement is restricted to: Grimes Aerospace Company DBA Honeywell (CAGE Code: 72914); because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources is not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed or otherwise obtained. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation however; solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
