- The Bureau of Land Management has utilized a Blanket Purchase Agreement and awarded the subject order to Premier Data Services. Modifications (0002 & 0003) were issued Aug. 25 & Sep. 22, 2010 to utilize option line items in the original agreement (L10PB00482) to add additional corners/townships. Additional funding in the amount of $365,364.37 is obligated against this order. Below is a description of the requirement. Under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009, New Mexico BLM has been tasked with ensuring positional mapping accuracy of records and boundaries in support of renewable energy development. The BLM has been compiling survey, title, and legal land description information to accurately portray the Public Land Survey System (PLSS) and title information in support of parcel based display of geographic information. This task order is to improve the accuracy of the depiction of the PLSS within GCDB. Below is an outline of the tasks required to help accomplish this task. The vendor shall complete GPS corner collection for 203 corners, import 1172 GPS coordinates into 1172 GCDB township files, complete regional adjustment of 638 township subset of the 1172 townships, complete FixAN on the 444 ARRA townships within the 638 townships.
