- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space In Louisville, Kentucky Project Number: 0KY2037 REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 2,056 rentable square feet yielding a minimum of 1,788 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Louisville, Kentucky. The delineated area will be as follows: Northern boundary - Main Street Southern boundary - Broadway Street Eastern boundary - 1 st Street Western boundary - 9 th Street OTHER REQUIREMENTS: The space must be located in an office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. The site must be located outside the 100-year flood plain. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space must be available for occupancy no later than April 1, 2012. LEASE TERM: The lease term will be for 10 years with a 5 year firm term with the government having cancellation rights after 5 years. OWNERS/AGENTS: All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
