- NSN: 5961-01-507-5738, Item Description: Semiconductor Device, Photo, Manufacturer's Code and Part Number: OSI Optoelectronics Inc. (50486) P/N 5190-0170-09 & Powertronic Systems Inc. (59014) P/N 5190-0170-09. Quantity (including option quantity) 370. Unit of Issue:EA, Destination Information: Inspection/Acceptance: Destination, Delivery Schedule: 180 days ARO. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available on https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on it's issue date of 11/03/10. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one time at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option year) shall not exceed 2 years. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Approved sources are: OSI Optoelectronics Inc. (50486) & Powertronic Systems Inc. (59014). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Various increments solicited: FROM: 25-75, 76-125, 126-175, 176-225, 226-275, 276-325, 326-370. Type of Set-Aside: None.
