- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Pre-solicitation Notice W9127S-11-T-0002: This solicitation will be advertised as a small business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 721211(RV Parks and Campgrounds). The small business size standard is $7 million. The solicitation is for a firm fixed priced service contract to provide park attendant services at Pendleton Bend Park for the Pine Bluff Project Office. The proposed shall be completed within 52 days of contract award unless an extension is granted. Solicitation will be issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ) utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR 13.5. This solicitation will be issued via Internet only at the Armys Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) on or about October 19, 2010. It is each offerors responsibility to download the solicitation from the internet website. No paper copies will be provided. Notification of amendments shall be made via the Internet as well. It is therefore the contractors responsibility to check the ASFI website daily for any posted changes to this solicitation. Contractors may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments from the Internet after solicitation issuance at the following Internet address: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm and search for Solicitation Number W9127S11T0002. All offerors are encouraged to visit the Armys Single Face to Industry Website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi to view other business opportunities. Offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), in order to receive a Government contract award. To register, the CCR Internet address is: http://www.ccr.gov.
