- This amendment is to correct URL web site to http://www.jtfcs.northcom.mil/ This is a Sources Sought Notice/Request for Information for market research purposes, only. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). A solicitation is not being issued at this time and this notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to Issue a solicitation, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The 633d Contracting Squadron on behalf of Joint Task Force Civil Support (JTFCS), Fort Monroe, VA is seeking interested sources to provide best practice for an enterprise level knowledge/information management environment that supports both deployed and garrison operations. Interested companies will be given the opportunity to interface with JTFCS representatives in order to gain understanding of JTFCS requirements and Knowledge and Information operations management. The JTFCS web site is http://www.jtfcs.northcom.mil/ to view our mission and purpose. JTFCS Information Exchange Requirement (IER) encompasses military components, Department of Defense Inter-Agencies and State and Local government. JTFCS is seeking information for Command and Control operations and the ability to share, collaborate and disseminate information for Consequence Management. The solution will be expected to take advantage of commercial off the shelf (COTS) products and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) hardware and software. The solution should establish an effective collaborative capability that will ensure greater data and information accessibility across organizational and geographic boundaries. NAICS code: 518210. Comments on this NAICS and suggestions for alternatives must include support rationale. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL and no solicitation will be issued; however, any company that believes it can meet this requirement must give written notification requesting demonstration meeting to the contract administrator within 7 days from the date of the publication of this notice.
