- NSN 1560-01-495-3278, F-15 aircraft [end-item], AI Modification Kit, Purchase Request # 0028278636. Firm-Fixed Price Contract, Quantity- 28 each/No Option, Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. FOB Destination- Production delivery 292 DARO. DLA Direct /STOCK. [Surge & Sustainment requirement-NO].. This is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract for 28 each. FAT APPLIES, Government Testing, 2 ea., Mylars furnished. ABVS applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
