- PR 0028363184. Request for Proposal SPM4A6-11-R-0038, will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract for NSN 5826-01-466-9215, Control, Radio Set. This NSN is a part numbered item and the approved source are CAGE 21856, P/N 152077-1 and CAGE 3DYM9, P/N 152077-1. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted procurement utilizing Other than Full and Open Competitive Procedures. The purchase request quantity is 64 each. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery is 162 DARO. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP interrogation on October 18, 2010. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. Subcontracting plan is not required. Certified Cost or Pricing data is not required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as the conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Synopsis was posted to Federal Business Opportunities on October 21, 2010. The solicitation issue date is November 5, 2010. The closing date is December 6, 2010. The estimated award date is January 19, 2011.
