Items are used in support of multiple Aircraft including the Galaxy C-5 and the Stratolifter C/KC-135 as well as others. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. The expected issue date is November 5, 2010. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Clause 252.225-7021 Trade Agreements will be included in the solicitation.
