- THIS SOLICITATION/PR HAS BEEN CANCELLED. IT WILL NOT BE SOLICITED. SPM4A7-11-R-1113 will be issued to establish an Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price Contract, One-Time-Buy, for approximately 96 each of NSN 1560-01-560-1905, PARTS KIT, FUSELAGE. This is used on the F-16 Aircraft. There is a Drawing Package available and it is Export Controlled. The Drawing Package will only be issued to firms registered for the Joint Certification Program. But any firm which is not already approved to manufacture this material may use the Drawings to submit a Source Approval Request, SAR. This procurement will not be delayed to wait for a SAR approval. This item is identified by the following Part Number: AEROSPACE & COMMERCIAL TECHNOLOGY, CAGE 1XKR3, 16RB511-1 UFC AEROSPACE, CAGE 5M696, 16RB511-1 LOCKHEED MARTIN, CAGE 81755, 16RB511-1 The firms listed above are the only approved sources and award is expected to be made to one of them. A Government First Article Test is required: 1 item. The First Article will be Inspection at Origin, Acceptance at Destination. Requested Delivery will be 200 DARO for the FAT Item. Delivery for the Production Quantity will be 270 Days After First Article Acceptance. Inspection/Acceptance will be at Origin; FOB Origin. The RFP will be available after October 20 th on www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil.
