- This notice of intent to issue a sole source award to SAS Institute, inc. SAS Campus Drive, Cary NC 27513 This proposed contract action is for SAS business analytic software, to support the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. This Acquisition will be made under Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition; in accordance with FAR 6-301-1, unique supplies or services available from only one source; in addition, FAR 52.232-18- "Availability of Funds". Any responses received as a result of this notice, shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. Responses will NOT be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based on any written responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
