- The South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services has posted a notification updating the strategy to replace its legacy Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS). This notification is available at the following URL: http://www.dhhs.state.sc.us/contracts-procurement/ Select the link Replacement Medicaid Management Information System Notification, October 15, 2010 The strategy was updated based on vendor feedback received in response to Replacement MMIS RFI #3, published on August 12, 2010.
