- The intended action described below will be RESTRICTED to the United States and Territories as authorized by FAR 6.302-1(a)(1) and (2). Only offerors within the United States and Territories are eligible to submit a proposal. This notice is solely a notification of the Governments intention to issue a solicitation. If a formal solicitation is issued potential offerors, after submission of a Non-Disclosure Agreement to the Contracting Officer and if the offeror is approved to view restricted/export control Tech Data, will be able to access Technical Data. The Government intends to issue a solicitation for the following items: Gas Tube Assembly, NSN: 4710-01-233-8637, PN 9390016 Clamp Screw and Screw Retainer Assembly, NSN: 1005-01-570-4805, PN: 13011435 Washer, Crush, NSN: 5310-01-475-9652. Solicitation will be a three year, firm fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract. The Estimated Guaranteed Minimum Quantity for each component is 4,850. The Estimated Contract Maximum Quantity is 150,000 each.
