- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for W91B4M-11-EH-0001. This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Business. 1. Mobile 60 kW Trailer Mounted Diesel Generator. Quantity: 2 EA. Product must be new, not used.
