- DESCRIPTION The McClellan Park Consolidated Contracting Activity (CCA) is issuing a Sources Sought Announcement to determine if there are any Small and/or Large Businesses that can provide Solid Waste Collection/Management Services required by the Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center in VA Palo Alto Health Care System, located, 3801 Miranda Ave, Palo Alto California, 94304 a Department of Veterans Affairs facility within the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 21). The contractor will furnish necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and services to provide collection, removal and disposal services for solid waste (non-hazardous materials), and recyclable materials for the period January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010.
