- The purpose of this modification is to answer a question submitted by a vendor and to clarify past performance requirements and evaluation. 1. Can commercial experience replace part of the requirement for experience and if a total of three examples did not occur over the past six months will this automaticly exclude the submitted offer? The Offeror shall submit a description of their three (3) most recent contracts/Task Orders (Government or Commercial) awarded for similar services completed during the past three years and all contracts for similar services currently in progress. The following information must be included for each contract description provided: 1. Contract title 2. Contract number 3. Name of Government or commercial contracting activity, address and telephone number 4. Procuring Contracting Officer's name and telephone number 5. Procuring Project Officer's name and telephone number 6. Date of contract award and period of performance, including options 7. Contract type 8. Contract award amount 9. Final, or project final, contract price/cost 10. Brief description of the requirement 11. Description of contract performance to include a brief explanation of any problems or delays encountered (including how many times the Offeror has not been able to provide the required services requested and what methods or resources were put in place to meet the customers future needs) and any corrective actions taken in regards to either cost, schedule, or performance. The Offeror will be evaluated on performance under existing and prior contracts for similar products or services. The Government will focus on information that demonstrates quality of performance relative to the size and complexity of the procurement under consideration as well as the relevance of the project. The Government will contact references via telephone to obtain additional information. With the approval of the Contracting Officer, references other than those identified by the Offeror may be contacted by the Government, with the information received to be used in the evaluation of the Offeror's past performance.
