- Abridged RFP Statement of Objective An Industry conference and Site Visit will be conducted on 4 November 2010 for the purpose of answering questions/providing information regarding this requirement. The location is as follows: Industry Conference 0900-1100 Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary 726 S. Kihei Road Kihei, HI 96753 Tour of MHPCC Facility 1300-1500 550 Lipoa Parkway Kihei, HI 96753 Submit the name, title, organization, email address, and telephone number of all attendees (not to exceed 4) to Stacey Halverson at Det 8 AFRL/RDKB, 2251 Maxwell St, SE, Kirtland AFB, NM 87117-5773, via email at Stacey.Halverson@kirtland.af.mil, or via Fax at 505-846-1546 prior to 1500 (MST) 27 October 2010. This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure access to the MHPCC facility and adequate seating for the conference attendees. Any names submitted after the established date may not be granted access. A list of names and organizations approved by AFRL will be provided to the University of Hawaii contractor for badging. Attendees must be U.S. citizens and present a Government issued identification card at check-in. An AFRL escort is required for all tours. Interest parties are requested to submit questions to the point of contact noted above not later than 1500 (MST) 27 October 2010. Information provided at this conference shall not qualify the terms and conditions of any resultant solicitation and specifications. A record of the conference will be made and furnished to all prospective offerors. The record should include minutes of the meeting, including questions (on a non-attribution basis) and answers. The conference and Site Visit are Unclassified.
