- On or around 18-Oct-2010, USACE - Omaha District intends to issue a solicitation for the following commercial item requirement: Contractor to provide necessary labor/personnel, services, equipment, and materials to provide a shallow-water platform/barge capable of supporting drilling operations on the Lower Yellowstone River located upstream of Intake, Montana, with the period of performance expected to be approximately 45 days, beginning on approximately 01-Nov-2010. The reponse date is expected to be on our around 22-Oct-2010.
