- Description
- The 5th Contracting Squadron intends to solicit competitively for a Contractor Operated Civil Engineering Supply Store at Minot AFB, North Dakota. The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, labor, equipment, tools, materials, and other items necessary to operate and maintain the Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store. The Contractor shall perform in accordance with standards outlined in the Statement of Work. An Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) commodities contract will result from this posting, with period of performance to commence on or about 1 February 2011. The performance period of this contract shall consist of a base year with options. There is no guarantee that options will be exercised. This action is being issued for full and open competition. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 444110. The successful contractor will be selected using technically acceptable/performance-price trade off procedures, representing the best value to the Government. The entire solicitation will be made available on or about 1 November 2010, via the Federal Business Opportunities web page at https://www.fbo.gov/. No paper copies will be issued. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov or contact CCR Customer Service at 1-888-227-2423. Offerors must also complete Offeror Representations and Certifications on-line at https://orca.bpn.gov/ prior to submitting an offer.
