- RECOVERY (ARRA) Pre-Solicitation Notice: Contract Modification Richard Bolling Federal Building, ARRA 601 East 12 th Street Kansas City, MO (IMO10450) RECOVERY ACT PROCUREMENT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This project is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act 2009. This opportunity is available only to J.E. Dunn Construction, 1001 Locust, Kansas City, MO 64106. The Federal Supply Code is Z111. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 236220 and the size standard is $33.5 Million. Modification 21R2 will be awarded for an increase to a previous modification (PC21) in the amount of $30,000. Work to be performed includes electrical and demo. The total of this ARRA modification is for a not-to-exceed amount of $30,000.00. The work will be performed at the Richard Bolling Federal Building, 601 E. 12 th Street, Kansas City, MO.
