- dental solicitation - Harpers Ferry The Harpers Ferry Job Corps Center in Harpers Ferry, WV has a requirement for dental services for its students. This requirement is advertised in accordance with the Acquisition of Commercial Items, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. Prior to award the contractor must be registered in the Central Contract Registration Database located at http://www.ccr.gov. Both the dentist and dental hygienist/assistant must submit proof of certification; licensing or accredidation in the State of West Virginia with any quote. All other requirements are included in the solicitation, which shall be posted on on the FEDBIZOPPS website for downloading.
