- dental services - Oconaluftee The Oconaluftee Job Corps Center is Cherokee, NC has a requirement for dental services for its students. This requirement is advertised in accordance with the Acquisition of Commercial Items, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. Prior to award the contractor must be registered in the Central Contract Registration Database located at http://www.ccr.gov. Both the dentist and dental hygienist/assistant must submit proof of certification, licensing or accredidation in the State of North Carolina with any quote. All other requirements are included in this solicitation, which shall be posted on the FEDBIZOPPS website for downloading.
