- Redacted J&A Sole source to Trijicon, IAW FAR 6.302-1, for repair and upgrade of up to 72,000 Trijicon ACOGs and MC 150 weapon sights. Trijicon only licensed handler of Tritium, a critical component in the sights, and Trijicon owns intellectual property rights to the equipment. Additionally, equipment warranty would become invalid if other than Trijicon attempted repair or upgrade to the sights.
